DOA Hole Trivia - 88.1 KVSC

Who are these DOA Holes?

D.O.A. Hole is a Trivia team that competes in 88.1 KVSC's annual 50 Hour Trivia Marathon. Operating out of a small town in central Minnesota, we gather resources, friends and family, and Trivia Pudding® to enjoy each others company and try like crazy to answer the questions posed to us over the radio.

Utter madness. You can learn more at KVSC's Website.

orgasmoI'm assuming you already know but incase you've only just logged on here from your cave, the theme for the 2011 trivia contest has been announced. After three weeks of jerkin' us around on Facebook and Twitter, they've decided to go with "Superheroes of Trivia."

This will be the 32nd year of KVSC doing the 50 hour marathon, and our 15th year of tagging along with the madness. Keep your eyes peeled to the skies for caped, flyin' clues and Tivo everything you've got (harddrive space is cheap nowadays), you've only got 4 and half months until Visuals come out!

More from 88.1 KVSC.

Mitch-MillerPeople of a certain time can remember doing the original karaoke in front of their tv's to the tune of a certain Van Dyke'd fellow. He is now gone and people will be following the bouncing halo in heaven. (although you might think his looks might cause a little stir up there at first...)

Becky gets this one for her second hit.

Looks like Joe has woken up and decided not to let Ann just waltz off with the Deapool Trophy without a fight, or at least a contest...

George Steinbernner, the "Boss of Baseball" died from a heart attack last night at the age of 80.

Ann pulls even further ahead this year with Sen. Robert Byrd. Only one shy of tying The Grim Reaper, two from setting a record.

"I didn't have any of the pate'. "

"You're still dead"

Not sure if I want to attend any more parties where she might be...

john_woodenNot sure what's going on here but it's keeping me busy! Ann catches up to Gail in first place with John Wooden, the great coach. Gonna be a knock down, drag out slug fest as there's a number of people who haven't scored yet but I bet they're hungry for it.

Eight celebs in less than a month (I'm counting Peter Steele even though he wasn't on anyones list) and as Gene Wilder so eloquently shouted, "... and it doesn't show any signs that they are slowing!!!!"

(don't stop the boat)
