D.O.A. Hole is has one more trivia contest to attempt before taking the summer off. The Williams Trivia Contest is happening this Friday night, from 10:00pm til 6:00 am. It's a shorty and but a look back at the past contests make this look like one doozy of a party. The contest is run from Williamstown, Massachusettes and we're participating online, of course.
For basic infomation you can go here - The Williams Trivia Contest Facebook Page.
For this years contest page that includes the boni nad relavent listening links and scores, you can go here.
Strictly for fun (although winning wouldn't be so bad either as you get to write the Q's for the next contest.) and when we're all done we're going to Perkins in Sartell for breakfast! Yay, I love breakfast! |

Testing the defences, looking for weaknesses and if we want to storm the contest as a whole for next year (meaning: playing seriously), we're starting tonight at 6:00 and wrapping up early on Sunday evening. Yes, DOA Hole is gonna see what it's like to play the World's Largest Trivia Contest. Let us know if you wanna play!

Hey all you trivia folks! Stevens Point Trivia is this weekend and you're all welcome to stop by and participate. It's strictly "casual" gaming as we test the waters at the Grand Poobah of Trivia Contests.
The visual trivia packet, called The New Trivia Times", should be at our doorstep this evening. I'll scan and have the images available tomorrow for people interested in checking them out. We only have a week (instead of two months!!!) to review and research these so any help as usual is appreciated.
The "Trivia Movie" is a movie that is shown in the local theater the weekend before and questions are definitely asked about the movie. This years movie was "Dr. Strangelove (and all that)." It might be nice to find out if anyone has the movie in disc already - if not I might try to rent it later this week so we have a copy around for the contest.
I've been listening this morning to UWSP 90FM (the station puttin on the gig) and this week is "Hits Week", they seem to be playing a lot of hit-tastic stuff like a wierd flashback from the 80's nad 90's - it's strangely listenable - check it out here...
To check out the information about the contest itself, go here and check out the usual shenanigans that go on over in Wisconsin.

Gail gets hit number two (number two) with John Forsyth passing at age 92. Also, looking back at the list this week, it's a suprise no one chose Lindsay Lohan as thier "Luck Pick". Hmmmm. Maybe the Grim Reaper would like to chime in on this?
